Cambio is one of the Nordic region’s leading eHealth providers, offering a comprehensive portfolio that covers the entire continuum of care. We deliver innovative digital solutions for regions, municipalities, and private healthcare providers. Cambio’s eHealth solutions connect the care chain and support healthcare professionals in their daily work. Together with our customers, we provide inhabitants and patients with safer and more accessible care and social services.

Today, we are around 900 employees across several countries. Cambio delivers eHealth solutions for healthcare and operational systems for municipalities in Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, and the United Kingdom.

Our customers

17 of Sweden’s 21 regions use, or are in the process of implementing, our care information system, Cambio COSMIC. In addition, more than 120 municipalities use our services, including around 40 that rely on the operational system Cambio Viva. This gives us a unique position in the Swedish market, enabling us to connect the entire care chain and contribute to better care and social services.

Cambio is expanding across the European market and has a large user base in Denmark, the United Kingdom, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, and New Zealand.

Our journey began in Linköping

Cambio was founded in 1993 by two students from Linköping who were commissioned to create a digital medical record system for a private clinic. The success was immediate. More clinics reached out, and soon the newly established company had ten employees.

As the company grew, our offering expanded. Today, Cambio supports municipal and regional organizations as well as private healthcare providers with operational systems, electronic medical records, and specialized solutions such as clinical decision support, intensive care systems, and vaccination systems.
