Sushena has over 30 years of experience in the IT Industry in Sri Lanka and overseas. He is also the Director/Co-founder of Creative Software and the co-founder of Four Corners Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, Four Corners Leisure (Pvt) Ltd and Creative eLearning (Pvt) Ltd. He serves as a Director of Cambio Sri Lanka, the leading e-healthcare solutions provider in Sweden. He also serves as a member of the Board of Governors of the Arthur C. Clarke Institute for Modern Technologies.

Professional Experience
Starting his career as a software engineer, Dharshana has over 25 years of experience in the local IT industry. During this period, he has managed a multitude of roles and responsibilities such as technical lead, business analyst, project manager and operations manager before joining Cambio Sri Lanka.

Professional Experience
Saumi’s professional journey began as a developer before joining Cambio Sri Lanka in 2006. During her tenure at Cambio, she has held various roles such as Developer, Scrum Master, and Team Lead before transitioning to Management team in 2013. Since then, she has taken on several management positions including Manager of Operations, Service Development Manager, Assistant Unit Manager, and Tribe Manager before moving to the current role.

Professional Experience

Hiruna is an experienced IT leader with over 22 years in technical and managerial roles across global organizations. He joined Cambio Sri Lanka in 2021 and now a part of the senior leadership team and currently serves as Director of Software Engineering

After starting his career as a software engineer and progressing to the role of software architect, he transitioned into management and took on various roles such as team lead, project manager, engineering manager, Scrum Master, and Agile coach.

Hiruna has led large transformation initiatives, established engineering best practices, and contributed to global Agile adoption. At Cambio, he focuses on building high-performing teams, improving delivery efficiency, and aligning engineering practices with the organization’s strategic goals.

In addition to his corporate roles, Hiruna is an active contributor to the academic and professional community, having lectured at leading Sri Lankan universities and spoken at international Agile and Scrum conferences
